EPILAB Software    

In the EPILEPSIAE project, we have developed a framework for the design and evaluation of seizure prediction algorithms. Many published algorithms for seizure prediction are already implemented. The software is called EPILAB. It has been developed under MATLAB (©® Mathworks Inc.) to guarantee a widespread applicability. The software will be made publicly available after the project has finished.

EPILAB provides the ability to do the full statistical analysis of a huge variety of features. Using combination of methods developed in the frame of the EPILEPSIAE project or approaches like support vector machines or neural networks, the dimension of features can be decreased. All these features are included into EPILAB.
